民国初期，高不就为争取反袁势力到北京混混帮闯山门，却被堂主铜狮子所害，小乞丐张野鬼仗义搭救，两人结拜为兄弟。之后，两人联手挫败了袁世凯称帝的野心。。作品描述身为班长（委员长）、并且拥有完美主义的主角「北神未海」，虽然暗恋着问题三人组之一的「东条潮」，却因为不断有人搅乱导致她至今无法告白。未海因为自己的事情搞的手忙脚乱，另一方面还要帮助其他人解决烦恼、并给他们完美的建议，《極上!!めちゃモテ委員長》就是描绘这些发生在主角周围大小事的高中校园作品。。In 1966 the Spanish Army built a huge cemetery with over 5000 graves at Mirandilla Valley in Burgos for the final sequence in the film "The Good the Bad and the Ugly".
