Actually, they swore to one day go to Am...。故事发生在1984年，马东（胡军 饰）是一名国安侦察员，他被派往军工202厂，潜伏在此处保证“蓝鱼”号核潜艇的研制顺利进行，与此同时，一帮邪恶的外国势力正在虎视眈眈的企图得到核潜艇的机密图纸，而他们所派出的间谍亦藏身于202厂之中。 在202厂，马东结识了好友陈其乾（赵立新 饰），以及厂花冯书雅（左小青 饰），陈其乾一直在追求冯书雅，而随着时间的推移，冯书雅渐渐爱上了正直可靠的马东。然而，马东的特殊身份让他不能够坦白自己对于冯书雅的感情，在误会之中，冯书雅负气嫁给了陈其乾，此时她并不知道的是，陈其乾收件人所害，已经被迫成为了敌方势力的棋子。。
