A group of young pilots in a remote region of the Canadian wilderness begin to hear strange reports over their radios about planes crashing, cars stalling and a deadly plague which has gripped the planet. It becomes clear that earth is in the midst of an invasion. The group of pilots decide to barracade themselves in a cabin deep in the woods and wait for their impending doom.。布鲁克斯父母当作为志愿者赴西藏可可西里参加藏羚羊保护行动时，委托皮影戏传人老杨头照顾小洋人布鲁克斯（丁佳明 饰），期间老杨头（罗京民 饰）和布鲁克斯在生活习惯、语言形式、行为思维以及文化观念等方面的相互排斥、对立，经过曲折的碰撞和相互之间的包容、接纳以及人性化的关爱，最终变对立为友情，老杨头和布鲁克斯成为老少朋友。。一天深夜，心情沮丧的女孩桃子独自去看乐队的演出，在等待入场时碰到了街头魔术师飞仔。由于飞仔的失误，她的双手被魔术的手铐道具铐住解不开了，无奈的桃子为了解开手铐只好放弃演出，整夜与飞仔同行。二人在城市中奔走，遇到了一系列神奇而浪漫的事情。这一夜的奇遇使桃子变得乐观起来，有了勇气面对更美好的明天。。
