原作10周年を記念した新作OVAの制作決定。该片讲述了落魄的两兄弟要拍卖父亲留给他们的古董房，却被住在房子里的一只小老鼠出来搅局，兄弟两人不断被小老鼠捉弄的故事。。The movie starts with the Sazer-X playing basketball. All of a sudden a flash of lightning strikes the earth.
