《我的乡间日记》是一档沉浸式明星体验纪录综艺，真实纪录明星深入乡村，在三天两夜的时间里，与乡村本土家庭同吃同住，完成惊喜任务的同时，全身心体验质朴乡间的田园气息，用自己的付出收获质朴考究的各色美食，探寻生活的本味。。新人演员实训成长类节目。召集10位有潜力的表演新生，在导师们的指导下，开展为期40天的集中表演训练生活。在节目过程中，男女演员将以搭档形式合作，完成6个单元的课程学习和考核，争取6部原创影视实训作品的出演机会。最终由班主任和主课老师选拔出的最佳男女演员将获得芒果剧集的角色邀约机会。。Cuffs is a fresh, authentic and visceral drama that will take the audience on an exhilarating ride through the challenges of front-line policing.
