「世界名作劇場」シリーズで知られる日本アニメーションの40周年記念作品として製作された劇場版3部作の完結編。第1部「空とぶ姫と秘密の島」と第2部「魔法のランプと動く島」のダイジェスト映像に新作映像を加えて、1本の長編アニメーション映画として完成された。伝説の魔法族の姫サナと出会い、船乗りとなって魔法族の仲間を探す旅に出たシンドバッド。そんな彼らの前に、謎の敵ガリプ一味が立ちはだかる。やがてたどり着いた「真昼の夜」の中に浮かぶ「不思議の門」で、世界を変える恐るべき秘密が明らかになる。。A police inspector Dusan investigates an unusual case, the death of Marjan Ozim.
